Here's my Moskow 5, which someone has adapted for 6x4.5. Simple enough modification so I thought I'd share it with you. You can see where the back plate and pressure plate have been drilled to insert a red glass window, and the 6x6 insert has been reduced using film backing paper. It works fine and uses the lens to its maximum sharpness. I have 5 Moskow cameras, the Moskow 3 which is a 6x9 plate camera, two Moskow 2s one of which is similarly adapted for 6x4,5 and has added synchronization and two Moskow 5s. I use this one featured here most often, it folds nicely into my inside jacket pocket and can be quickly unfolded and focused for street shots. The quality is always excellent, the Industars' performance is, in my opinion, at least equal to the Carl Zeiss Tessar that it was modelled on. The rangefinder works well although the window is a little pokey, and the viewfinder can be switched between 6x6 and 6x9 easily enough. Quality of manufacture was high so if you get one that's been looked after it will be a joy to use and to own. Performs superbly with modern professional slide film, lens is coated on all models that I own. The '5' has a 10.5 cm lens and the others all have 11cm.
